▶︎ Hannah Weber is the Co-Founder and VP of Strategy & Business Development at HOPO Therapeutics, a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing treatments for heavy metal poisoning and pioneering novel methods for directed radioisotope delivery. HOPO’s leading drug candidate is being advanced through partnership with the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) as a countermeasure against radiological threats and a potential treatment for the global health crisis of lead poisoning.
Hannah was formerly a Consultant with L.E.K. Consulting's Life Sciences practice in Boston, where she managed teams in developing growth strategies for pre-commercial biotech and global pharmaceutical companies. Her work has included launch planning for novel therapeutics, forecasting and lifecycle management of pharmaceutical pipelines, and analytic support for M&A diligences. Hannah has a lifelong passion for advancing global health and access to medicine, and has worked in pharmaceutical policy analysis for both private and nonprofit organizations.
Hannah earned her B.S. in International Health at Georgetown University, an MBA at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and MPH from the UC Berkeley School of Public Health.
