▶︎ Julie Zinamon is VC Strategy Consultant and Co-founder & COO at LOUVA, a creative strategy consulting and venture services company that empowers artists and innovators to grow their brands, maximize impact, and bring their visions to life.
She is also the CEO and founder of Vataseason, a consultancy focused on start-up strategies and investment opportunities for companies with a dual-use mission, from global health to space tech. Her work has been recognized by international trade commissions and partners, including U.S, NATO, AUKUS partners, and allied countries’ technology and innovation funds.
Julie is also an early-stage investor, angel, operator, and lecturer, with extensive global experience.
Her mission in life is to create meaningful experiences, including by bridging the gap between tech and entertainment, and creating value for dual use missions.
After two decades of diplomatic service across 5 continents, Julie's last tour included leading the U.S. National Security Council Office of Science and Technology Policy's Private Sector Team in Northern California. She has also spoken on panels at Harvard Business School, the Stockholm School of Economics, the Berkeley Haas School of Business, and SXSW on founder-founder dynamics and next generation technologies.
Julie holds a BA from Emory University, and a MBA from University of California Berkeley Haas School of Business. She currently operates in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.
